We use Australia Post for shipping. Delivery times usually range between 5-7 days, although it may be longer during busy or peak periods. Items are dispatched within 2 business days. If there is any delay, we will notify the purchaser as soon as possible with the expected dispatch date.
The website is updated daily. In the rare event an item is ordered that is out of stock, we will contact the purchaser as soon as possible to discuss alternative products or wait times.
Handmade items will vary slightly in size and finish. If you receive an item that is faulty or distinctly different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 weeks of purchase to discuss replacement or refund. Items must be in the condition they were received in.
If the return is the customer’s personal choice, return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
A tracking number will be provided upon request. Tracking of delayed or missing parcels is the customer’s responsibility.
Our items are food safe, as well as microwave and dishwasher safe. Avoid extreme and sudden changes in temperature.
